How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

 

What is Your Payment Policy?

Payment is expected via PayPal or directly through 2Checkout immediately after order is placed and if paying via private arrangement, items are shipped after payment is received and cleared. If payment hasn't cleared in 10 business days, I reserve the option to relist the item reserved for you and cancel your order. Custom orders, when paid for by check, will not be started under after payment clearance. If you cancel the item before I start, I won't hold it against you. If you cancel a custom order after it's made- consider it all yours.

 

What About Shipping?

I feature a single base cost for shipping. I have a 4oz rate, a 1lb rate and a 2lb + rate. The fist item insurs a slngle shippng charge. Any additional items are shipped at no additional cost. I generally ship USPS first class or FedEx depending on size. I ship nearly every day M-Sat each week as a rule. International customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I will send you a confirmation of shipment by e-mail along with a tracking number! Tracking is included for all shipments regardless of size. International First Class may only track through the US to departure for your home depending on the arrangement of your postal service to the US. Some countries offer door-to-door tracking, others only a delivery notification.

 

What is your refund policy?

Of course shipments that result in breakage are refundable- insurance taken on the shipment should cover the damage. You have the option of getting a refund, exchanging with store credit or I can quickly remake the item you purchased. Sorry, if you change your mind after you receive and I feel the complaint was a clearly detailed in the description, I may not be able to offer a refund although you can ask and circumstances may warrant a discounted replacement item or other solution. Please be sure to check the sizing, color options, and scaling in the item descriptions before purchase- you can also contact me with any questions! I strive to make each of my individual orders with care and strive to make each customer happy. If there is anything I can correct for you or a future customer, please let me know.

Most of our items are personalized and not refundable. On items that are personalized, I do provide a digital draft on request for your approval and I like to ship quickly so I usually reply with a draft right away. If I provide a digital draft and you DO NOT reply to approve the draft- I reserve the right to send the product with my draft design choice engraved on it out 15 days after your order to close your invoice. There will be no refunds on items shipped at this 15 day mark if you decide on a design change. Most items ship within 2-3 days of your order.
